Holiday Cove Apartments is the best place that I stayed , it was a family oriented place to live and the landlord Angela was absolutely the best anything that you have a problem with with makes sure she gets on it and get the job done and if you are going through something personal she is knows it and she knows just the words to say to ease your mind, I absolutely love her. I am a current resident at Holiday Cove and I must say the Property Manager Ms. Angela is awesome and knows her job very well. The grounds are usually very clean and trash is collected on time. As it relates to the gentleman who gave a review about him being sent a warning for his dog pooping around the property and him not cleaning behind the dog, management is absolutely right for warning him. My kids have to constantly watch where they are walking to avoid walking in dog poop. I have seen that very same dog pooping in the grass near my apartments and his owner not pick up behind him. Sir if you are going to give a review let it be an honest one!

I typically don’t prefer living in the city and grew up living in the country so moving into an apartment complex was kind of skeptical to me, miss Angela helped show me that holiday cove was very friendly and felt like home before I even moved in. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions with lots of patience. She made sure that my apartment had any broken stuff replaced and spotless before I moved in. Miss Angela is definitely the nicest landlord I’ve met and I have nothing bad to say about her or the apartment complex.

About to renew my lease because of how amazing the property manager Angela is. She is always looking out for the safety and wellbeing of the residents and wants to make sure that the complex is clean and presentable at all times. It isn't easy managing a complex full of grown adults and children, but she has been doing great. I know if I have any issues or concerns I can always reach out to her. It's a great place when my only co plaint is the resident.
