I am currently renting an apartment here. I will not be re-signing a lease. There are mice and cockroaches coming from other apartment units. I have never seen a pest control at this complex. I hear the other tenants talk about how it's been an issue and it's not fixed for a while. All of the electrical outlets in my apartment either fall out or make electrical popping noises when I plug something in. This company advertises the property as a pet-friendly area, but if you have a large dog they will discriminate against you. I was sent pictures that are "evidence" of myself not picking up her waste. The picture was me and the dog both standing next to each other and then another picture of poop on the ground. You can take pictures of any two people walking and then any poop on the ground and say it was anybody. These people are ridiculous. I will not be renting here ever again. For the prices that they charge here, you might as well go somewhere that's nicer. I even attached the pictures that they sent me as "proof".

I typically don’t prefer living in the city and grew up living in the country so moving into an apartment complex was kind of skeptical to me, miss Angela helped show me that holiday cove was very friendly and felt like home before I even moved in. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions with lots of patience. She made sure that my apartment had any broken stuff replaced and spotless before I moved in. Miss Angela is definitely the nicest landlord I’ve met and I have nothing bad to say about her or the apartment complex.

Miss Angela at the front desk was so nice and helped me through the whole process of getting my apartment. She genuinely cares about the people there and cares about helping others. She is very quick with responding to texts and emails as well.

Miss Angela is a true blessing for my family! She got us approved and moved in quickly and has been so patient and helpful answering all my questions from the application process and since we've moved in. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Our two bedroom apartment is very spacious and was upgraded just before we moved in!

The place is quit. I don’t like that they don’t have a playground for the kids. They put cheap stuff in the apartments when they get broke they come fix it halfway and threaten to make you pay for any broken stuff. The rent is too high for such small apartments. I don’t live here but I come to babysit my grandkids every week and these are just the things I see while I’m here. No light in the living room or the second bedroom. The place was not cleaned when my child moved in.

Angela at the front office is so kind, and seems to genuinely care for the residents and complex. She got me moved in so fast, and seems to handle problems quickly when they come up. The community is quiet. My unit was freshly painted, the cabinets redone and had brand new appliances when I moved in!
