Miss Angela is a true blessing for my family! She got us approved and moved in quickly and has been so patient and helpful answering all my questions from the application process and since we've moved in. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Our two bedroom apartment is very spacious and was upgraded just before we moved in!

The place is quit. I don’t like that they don’t have a playground for the kids. They put cheap stuff in the apartments when they get broke they come fix it halfway and threaten to make you pay for any broken stuff. The rent is too high for such small apartments. I don’t live here but I come to babysit my grandkids every week and these are just the things I see while I’m here. No light in the living room or the second bedroom. The place was not cleaned when my child moved in.

Angela at the front office is so kind, and seems to genuinely care for the residents and complex. She got me moved in so fast, and seems to handle problems quickly when they come up. The community is quiet. My unit was freshly painted, the cabinets redone and had brand new appliances when I moved in!

About to renew my lease because of how amazing the property manager Angela is. She is always looking out for the safety and wellbeing of the residents and wants to make sure that the complex is clean and presentable at all times. It isn't easy managing a complex full of grown adults and children, but she has been doing great. I know if I have any issues or concerns I can always reach out to her. It's a great place when my only co plaint is the resident.

A updated review as of 2025: The fence has been falling apart for months if not a year or more. I’m tired of looking at it. It’s an eyesore. The road leading to the complex has a large pothole that spans across the entire width of the road that has gone unattended for way too long. It occasionally gets filled with dirt but will wash away if rain comes. Your tires will be damaged if you cross it too fast and it hasn’t been filled with their patchwork of dirt. There’s another large pothole hole near the 800 building that has been there for 2 years plus and is growing. The rental company had the nerve to add on community service and maintenance fees but I don’t see a difference in the upkeep of the outside property since adding this fee. Everything is still the same. The pool is raggedy and run down. No physical improvements have been made to the outside property, yet rent continues to increase. Good ole corporate greed.

Rating 2 stars only because it’s a safe area, but I’ve had constant issues with my air conditioner breaking in the middle of the summer. The last time it took over a month to fix causing mold to grow. It’s currently out again. They won’t fix the mold issues. Yet they have the audacity to try and raise rent. At this point, what am I even paying rent for?!
