I had the honor of working with Angela, Property Manager at Holiday Cove Apartments, for their Halloween celebration for the children and families of Holiday Cove Apartments. Angelaâs professionalism, kindness, and supportive spirit made her a pleasure to work with. Her love for the children showed in the way she engaged with them, and their joyful interactions reflected the trust and connection she has built within the community. A special thank-you to Mr. Thomas and Mr. Coleman for helping with the pumpkins, getting tables, and lending their support. My name is David I travel for work with my family. Ms.Angela the property manager was very welcoming and explained everything very thoroughly to us. She helped our transition to her property from out of state so smooth. She is very respectful and responsive with any questions or concerns we have had. I highly recommend Holiday Cove if you are in the area and need a comfortable safe place to stay.

The apartments here are a place to live if you need a place to live. We have been gone for 2 months now and still have yet to receive our security deposit back with no solid answer on where it is or when we will get it. They have hidden fees all into the rental payment for things that arenât even getting done and couldnât use the pool or anything once. The cameras donât work on the property we had multiple outlets in the unit that the top plug never worked the whole year we lived there and the place has roaches they donât disclose to you when you move in which is illegal. I tried to hold out on a review on this place cause I just wanted to be done all together when we left but I thought others should know. Would be great to have the money thatâs owed to me since I paid every payment every month they didnât have a problem taking it. So I donât honestly donât see the problem with giving me back my $1250.
