The apartments here are a place to live if you need a place to live. We have been gone for 2 months now and still have yet to receive our security deposit back with no solid answer on where it is or when we will get it. They have hidden fees all into the rental payment for things that arenât even getting done and couldnât use the pool or anything once. The cameras donât work on the property we had multiple outlets in the unit that the top plug never worked the whole year we lived there and the place has roaches they donât disclose to you when you move in which is illegal. I tried to hold out on a review on this place cause I just wanted to be done all together when we left but I thought others should know. Would be great to have the money thatâs owed to me since I paid every payment every month they didnât have a problem taking it. So I donât honestly donât see the problem with giving me back my $1250.

We moved in our Apt in September and Angela Richardson was such a blessing she helped with each and everything she also checked regular to see if we needed anything my wife was looking for work and she gave her some leads and she got the job you cannot and will not find a better apt manager than her, so if you shopping for a new place please call Angela at HOLIDAY COVE APTS We love her and you will too!!!
