Angela is simply amazing! When my wife and I resided at Holiday Cove, we made time just to go see Ms. Angela. She has such a great spirit. Ms. Angela always focuses on being such a reliable person to the tenants, she communicates effectively, she used to send out great reminders and text messages, and maintaining the property responsibly.

I am new to the neighborhood, and so far the experience has great! I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Ms. Angela! She made this transition for me and my daughter so smooth. During the time of me transitioning to Holiday Coves, Angela was super helpful. She presented great communication skills and was extremely patient. Absolutely love this place! The whole process to start was a great experience thanks to Ms. Angela in the front office. She’s fantastic and such a sweet lady. The maintenance men, Tom & Jerry are great and very fast responding when you have an issue. It’s a nice little community and so far my family & I love it here.

I had an amazing apartment tour with Angela at Holiday Cove Apartments! From the moment I walked in, Angela was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and highlighted all the fantastic features of the community. The property is beautifully maintained. I even ran into the maintenance man Mr. Thomas and what a genuine sweet person he was. Angela made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her professionalism and enthusiasm truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make me feel valued. If you’re considering Holiday Cove Apartments, I highly recommend asking for Angela—she’s the best!

Property Mgr. Angela, was very helpful in getting a family member of mine moved in a few weeks ago. She is very sweet and the tenants seem to love her.

I am a current resident at Holiday Cove and I must say the Property Manager Ms. Angela is awesome and knows her job very well. The grounds are usually very clean and trash is collected on time. As it relates to the gentleman who gave a review about him being sent a warning for his dog pooping around the property and him not cleaning behind the dog, management is absolutely right for warning him. My kids have to constantly watch where they are walking to avoid walking in dog poop. I have seen that very same dog pooping in the grass near my apartments and his owner not pick up behind him. Sir if you are going to give a review let it be an honest one!
